Returns and Postage Policy

Here at Fantasy Plants we want your plants to be well cared for while in transit.

 

  • All Plants are photographed and carefully packed the same day that they will be dispatched.

  • All orders are sent via Express post with Australia post.

  • All orders are sent out Monday (Unless Monday is a Public holiday, We will then send on Tuesday.

  • We do not take responsibility for damage caused to plants due to postage delays

  • We cannot send to Western Australia, Tasmania or The Northern Territory without the use of a third party plant concierge organized by yourself. Please contact us if you need assistance.

  • We will always endeavor to package your plants in a safe and secure manor however we are unable to accept responsibility after the postage service has taken possession of your plants. This includes damaged boxes or lost orders. Please contact us to help you resolve this with Australia post.

  • Once your order has been dispatched we do not refund for change of mind.

  • Refunds are a case by case basis.

  • Refund claims must be made the same day as Tracking number delivery notification. Contact us immediately via email. A photo of the plant in it's original packing inside the box will be needed.

  • For a full refund returns are at customer expense.

  • The plant must be returned in its entirety.
